As in-house senior designer at Starbucks headquarters, Boris developed retail brand strategies and then distilled those concepts into resonating details that customers could see, touch and feel. By observing fashion, cultural and economic trends, he drew unexpected connections that cultivated his creativity and ultimately shaped and enhanced consumers’ personal retail experiences. Boris strived for inspirational excellence, combining the priorities of commercial settings and client business needs with strong, authentic, emotional branding, while owning extensive responsibilities for all Starbucks’ joint ventures. He managed other designers and pre-press teams assigned to each project to ensure compliance with budgets and schedules, and acted as a leader and mentor within the team.
